The purpose of the privacy policy is to inform you about what personal information we collect whether this is through our website or other interactions with Safedoc.

What Information we do collect, use and share?

Below is the personal data collected when creating a user account with Safedoc. We also collect billing information during registration.

  • • Organisation name.
  • • Telephone (optional – if you wish for us to make contact via phone based on the consent provided).
  • • Email (used as a unique field to create individual user accounts, to enable you to reset access to your account if required and to enable us to contact you via email based on the consent you have provided).
  • • IP address.
  • • Web browser.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and statistical purposes.
